Complaint
You have the right to claim the goods if they are damaged, incomplete or have a defect. We are not responsible for damage caused by shipping.
Complaints should be sent to the following e-mail address info@laparica.eu. The complaint should include your name, surname, home address, email address (from which the order was placed) and the reason for the complaint. The complaint should be submitted within 14 days from the delivery of the goods. It will be processed within 30 working days.
