Your order will be shipped within 2 to 8 business days after we receive your payment. Standard delivery time (Inpost, Courier) is from 2 to 8 working days.
Yes, there is the possibility of international shipping. The store also exists in English-language version, prices are shown in several currencies.
At the moment it is not possible to pick up in person.
Payments
Payments are made through Tpay and Przelewy24 payment system.

The prices listed on the website are gross prices and include VAT.
Return and exchange
You can return ordered goods within 30 days from the date of receipt without giving a reason. The goods must have no signs of use and must have the original tags. If you wish to return a product, please contact us by email ([email protected]).
Returns and exchanges of custom-made items are not possible.
The refund period is up to 14 working days from the date we receive the goods.
The money will be refunded to the account from which the online payment was made.
Yes, it is possible to exchange the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of delivery. This applies only to unworn clothing with tags. If you wish to exchange the product, please contact us via e-mail ([email protected]).
Complaint
You have the right to claim the goods if they are damaged, incomplete or have a defect. We are not responsible for damage caused by shipping.
Complaints should be sent to the following e-mail address [email protected]. The complaint should include your name, surname, home address, email address (from which the order was placed) and the reason for the complaint. The complaint should be submitted within 14 days from the delivery of the goods. It will be processed within 30 working days.
Bespoke products
The waiting time is indicated in the product description.
