(Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93 as amended);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. <strong>Seller&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Tamara Gonzalez Perea prowadz\u0105c\u0105 dzia\u0142alno\u015b\u0107 gospodarcz\u0105 pod nazw\u0105 Tamara Gonzalez Perea TGP CREATIVE z siedzib\u0105 w Dybkach 34A, 07-308 Dybki, NIP: 8513033115;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. <strong>Regulations<\/strong>&nbsp;- Terms of Service for electronic services provided by the online store located at www.tamaragonzalezperea.com and so this document;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. <strong>Online Shop or Store <\/strong>\u2013 serwis internetowy dost\u0119pny pod adresem www.Laparica.eu, za po\u015brednictwem kt\u00f3rego Klient mo\u017ce w szczeg\u00f3lno\u015bci sk\u0142ada\u0107 Zam\u00f3wienia;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. <strong>Merchandise<\/strong>&nbsp;- products offered in the Store;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. <strong>Sales Agreement<\/strong>&nbsp;- agreement for the sale of Goods concluded between Tamara Gonzalez Perea conducting business activity under the name Tamara Gonzalez Perea TGP CREATIVE and the Client, concluded using the website of the Store;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. <strong>Provision of Services<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 umowa zawarta pomi\u0119dzy TGP CREATIVE. a Klientem w przedmiocie korzystania ze Sklepu internetowego znajduj\u0105cego si\u0119 na stronie internetowej www.tamaragonzalezperea.eu;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10. <strong>Zam<\/strong><strong>\u00f3<\/strong><strong>rally<\/strong>&nbsp;- the Customer's declaration of will, aimed directly at concluding the Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type and number of Goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11. <strong>Temporary customer account<\/strong>&nbsp;- an account created on the Store's Website in order to place a single order in the Store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12. <strong>Internal supplier<\/strong>&nbsp;- the person making exclusive delivery of the Tamara Gonzalez Perea TGP CREATIVE Goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>13. <strong>Delivery<\/strong>&nbsp;- the act of delivery by the Seller to the Client on the agreed date and quantity of the Goods purchased, through Tamara Gonzalez Perea TGP CREATIVE's internal Suppliers only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>\u00a7 2<\/strong><br><strong>OG PROVISIONS<\/strong><strong>GENERAL<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Niniejszy Regulamin okre\u015bla zasady korzystania ze sklepu internetowego dost\u0119pnego pod adresem www.laparica.eu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zam\u00f3wienia s\u0105 przyjmowane \u2013 przez Sklep Internetowy pod adresem www.laparica.eu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Customer may place Orders 7 days a week at any time of the day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ceny podane na Stronie Internetowej www.laparica.eu s\u0105 cenami brutto podanymi w z\u0142otych polskich, euro lub dolarach i zawieraj\u0105 wszystkie sk\u0142adniki, w tym podatek VAT (z wyr\u00f3\u017cnieniem wysoko\u015bci stawki). Ceny nie uwzgl\u0119dniaj\u0105 koszt\u00f3w Dostawy i koszt\u00f3w zwi\u0105zanych z wysy\u0142k\u0105 za granic\u0119.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The delivery price depends on the payment method selected, the weight and size of the shipment and the choice of delivery method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Deliveries are made in the Republic of Poland and all over the world.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Order is delivered by the Internal Suppliers of Tamara Gonzalez Perea TGP CREATIVE. When placing an Order, the Customer may express the wish to receive a VAT invoice, which may be attached to the sent electronically to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0142atno\u015b\u0107 za zam\u00f3wienie mo\u017ce nast\u0105pi\u0107 za po\u015brednictwem systemu p\u0142atno\u015bci elektronicznych \u2013 Stripe.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>\u00a7 3<\/strong><br><strong>RULES OF USE OF THE STORE'S WEBSITE<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The condition of making purchase of Goods offered in the Internet Shop is providing correct personal data indicated as necessary in the form. The principles of personal data processing are described in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tamaragonzalezperea.com\/polityka-prywatnosci\"><u>privacy policy<\/u><\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In order to ensure the security of the transmission of messages and data in connection with the services provided by the Website, the Online Store takes technical and organizational measures appropriate to the degree of risk to the security of services provided, in particular measures to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data transmitted over the Internet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In connection with the use of the Online Store, the Customer undertakes to:\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to use the Online Store in a manner that does not interfere with its functioning,<br>In particular, through the use of specific software or hardware,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>not to take actions such as: sending or placing within the scope of the Internet Shop unsolicited commercial information (spam),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>use of any content placed within the scope of the Internet Shop only<br>In terms of personal use,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>use the Online Store in a manner consistent with Polish law and the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>\u00a7 4<\/strong><br><strong>CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Information about the Goods given in the Internet Shop, in particular their descriptions, technical and usable parameters as well as prices do not constitute an offer but constitute an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>W celu zawarcia Umowy Sprzeda\u017cy za po\u015brednictwem Sklepu nale\u017cy wej\u015b\u0107 na stron\u0119 internetow\u0105 www.laparica.eu, dokona\u0107 wyboru Towaru, a nast\u0119pnie post\u0119powa\u0107 zgodnie z komunikatami wy\u015bwietlanymi na Stronie Internetowej.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Client selects the Goods by adding them to the so-called basket.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Customer may also purchase custom-made Goods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom made goods are marked with a \"made to order\" icon. Waiting time for the product is from 2 to 4 weeks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When placing an Order - until pressing the \"Buy and pay\" button - The Customer has the possibility to modify the entered data and the selected Goods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the Customer using the Online Store has provided all the necessary data, a summary of the Order placed will be displayed. The summary of the Order shall include information on:\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the subject of the order,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unit and total price of the ordered Goods, including delivery costs and additional costs (if any),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>method of payment for the Goods.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sending an Order by the Customer constitutes a statement of intent to conclude a Sales Agreement with the Seller under the terms of the law and described in the Regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After placing an Order, the Customer receives an e-mail message confirming that the order has been placed in the Store, together with a VAT invoice or fiscal receipt, if he or she so wished when placing the Order. Zakupiony towar mo\u017cna odebra\u0107 osobi\u015bcie na terenie Warszawy, po wcze\u015bniejszym um\u00f3wieniu drog\u0105 mailow\u0105 (info@laparica.eu).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery time depends on the chosen method of payment, delivery address, weight and size of the parcel and choice of delivery method, counting from the day of sending the Order by the Customer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>\u00a7 6<\/strong><br><strong>RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A customer who is also a consumer has a 14-day period to withdraw from a sales contract without giving any reason, starting from the day on which the customer or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, comes into possession of the purchased goods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aby skorzysta\u0107 z prawa odst\u0105pienia od Umowy sprzeda\u017cy, Klient zobowi\u0105zany jest poinformowa\u0107 Sprzedaj\u0105cego o swojej decyzji o odst\u0105pieniu od Umowy sprzeda\u017cy w drodze jednoznacznego o\u015bwiadczenia woli (wys\u0142anie listu poleconego lub e-mail na info@laparica.eu).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Customer has the right to exchange the Goods within 14 days from the date of delivery. However, this applies only to unused clothing with tags.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns and exchanges of custom-made items are not possible.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>\u00a7 7<\/strong><br><strong>EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the event of withdrawal from the Sales Contract under the terms described in \u00a7 7, the Seller shall immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date of effective withdrawal from the Sales Contract, return to the Customer all payments received from the Customer. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zwrot p\u0142atno\u015bci dokonany zostanie przy u\u017cyciu takich samych sposob\u00f3w p\u0142atno\u015bci, jakie zosta\u0142y u\u017cyte przez Klienta w pierwotnej transakcji, tj. system p\u0142atno\u015bci Stripe lub przelew bankowy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Seller reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until the Goods are received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the case of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, the Customer shall be obliged to send back the Goods immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the date of effective withdrawal from the Sales Agreement. The shipping address (Paczkomaty InPost number) shall be determined during the contact with the Customer. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>W razie odst\u0105pienia od Umowy sprzeda\u017cy, Klient ponosi bezpo\u015brednie koszty zwrotu Towaru. W niekt\u00f3rych przypadkach wymagane mo\u017ce by\u0107 przes\u0142anie zdj\u0119\u0107 produkt\u00f3w podlegaj\u0105cych reklamacji. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complaints can be filed within 14 days from the date of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer, the date of filing is determined by the postmark\/courier date. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Seller shall respond to the complaint in writing within 30 days. The consumer may also use other methods of out-of-court dispute resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the absence of interest on the part of the Customer who is a consumer in the possibility of using out-of-court methods to resolve disputes, the resolution of any disputes arising between the Seller and the Customer will be subject to the common courts of law, competent in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Settlement of any disputes arising between the Seller and the Customer, who is not a Consumer, will be subject to the competent court of law for the seat of the Seller.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Polish law shall apply, with particular emphasis on the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All service orders accepted by the Seller for execution before the effective date of the new Regulations are executed on the basis of the Regulations that were in force on the date of placing the order by the Customer.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zmiana Regulaminu wchodzi w \u017cycie w terminie 7 dni od dnia opublikowania go na Stronie.
