I know many women who feel remorseful when they do nothing and feel that it is time wasted. They constantly have to chase and are unable to stop for a moment and focus on their thoughts and needs. If you try to spend one day doing nothing, you will see how productive you will be the next day and your batteries will recharge a lot. That day you can wrap yourself in a soft blanket, lie down and stare at the ceiling or your favorite painting. Your eyes will rest, blood will circulate freely in your veins, and you can practice breathing to oxygenate your body from head to toe.
